The males of our species have not traditionally been wearers of jewellery. Back in medieval times only the very very rich who would be seen wearing it at all.
More recently lots of males might only have worn a a wedding band exclusively. In fact mens wedding rings could probably be the sole piece of jewellery men might consider displaying in public.
These days most men wear rings of all types and rings for men are easy to buy in a range of different metals. Materials such as silver and gold are always popular however up-to-date metals like palladium and stainless steel are becoming really popular also.
