Costly meters mean 51% more funds, less cars in prime spots, will seatac airport parking officials follow suit?

The largest amount of time on the parking meters at Little Rock National Airport, Adams Field, is twenty minutes - more than enough time for you to drop off or pick-up someone, if they already are on the terminal curb.

Numerous patrons of the state’s largest airport learn the costly way, returning to their vehicles to find a $15 parking ticket added onto the 4 quarters they may have fed the meter.

“The meter is for quick pick up and drop off,” said T.J.

Williams, an airport spokesman. “It’s a convenience space. Generally, people are already along at the curb all set or already prepared to drop off.”
