Most athletes place heavy stress upon their bodies and all but a lucky few also have the everyday stress of daily life to contend with.
Consequently, it is critical that sports nutrition provides all the energy and nourishment an athlete requires. This is also required for muscle sculpting through the right bodybuilding supplements.
Factors related to a specific sport - all athletes require a balanced diet, but other needs may change depending upon the actual sport being played. This is why weightlifters usually eat more protein and endurance athletes usually eat more high quality carbs.
